These Terms of Service govern your use of the SVF Studio website, digital templates, template-related materials, and design services. By purchasing a template, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

SVF Studio website templates are digital products. A template purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased template for one website or one business, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Template usage

You may customize your purchased template for your own website or business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, copy, or claim the template design as your own product. You may not use SVF Studio templates to create competing templates or template-based products for resale.

Platform responsibility

Showit, Squarespace, Stripe, Etsy, and other third-party platforms are separate services with their own subscription fees, policies, limitations, and technical requirements. SVF Studio is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

Services

Custom website design, template setup, and template customization services are based on the agreed project scope. Additional pages, major design changes, copywriting, advanced integrations, e-commerce configuration, or post-launch support may require additional fees.

Payments and refunds

Payments are due according to the checkout or project agreement. Digital template purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the Refund Policy for more details.

Intellectual property

SVF Studio retains ownership of its original template designs, design systems, written materials, instructions, graphics, and website content unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-provided content remains the property of the client.

No guaranteed results

SVF Studio aims to create thoughtful, usable, and visually polished websites. However, no specific business, sales, traffic, search ranking, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
