Digital template purchases

Due to the digital nature of SVF Studio website templates, all template purchases are final. Once a template has been purchased and access to the template files, links, instructions, or related digital materials has been provided, SVF Studio does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Review before purchasing

Please review all product descriptions, platform requirements, demo previews, recorded walkthroughs, and included materials carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about whether a template is appropriate for your platform, business, or level of technical comfort, contact SVF Studio before purchasing.

Technical access issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased template or download materials, contact SVF Studio with your order information. Reasonable support will be provided to help resolve access or delivery issues.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same template more than once, contact SVF Studio as soon as possible. Duplicate purchase refunds may be considered at SVF Studio's discretion.

Custom services

Payments for custom design, template setup, or template customization services are governed by the terms agreed upon for that specific project. Deposits, completed work, and delivered design services may be non-refundable depending on the project scope and stage of work.
